酵母山楂茯苓组合物增强小鼠免疫力的研究

摘    要:目的探讨酵母、山楂和茯苓的组合物是否具有增强小鼠免疫力的作用。方法将小鼠分为空白对照组和实验组,实验组分别以低、中、高3个剂量组75、150、450 mg/(kg·BW)每天1次给小鼠灌胃30~35 d,然后测定小鼠脏器/体重比值,小鼠脾淋巴细胞转化、迟发型变态反应、抗体生成细胞、血清溶血素、单核-巨噬细胞功能、小鼠碳廓清实验、小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬荧光微球、NK(natural killer)细胞活性等免疫指标。结果中、高剂量的组合物可以显著地提高淋巴细胞的增值转化能力。各剂量组的组合物均可以促进小鼠体重增长和迟发变态反应,增加小鼠的抗体数量和抗体积数以及小鼠的单核-腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬和碳廓清能力,而对于NK细胞活性则没有显著性的影响。结论酵母、山楂和茯苓的组合物可以增加小鼠免疫力,对于相关保健品的开发具有一定的指导意义。

Abstract:Objective To investigate whether the combination of yeast, hawthorn and Poria cocos can enhance the immunity of mice. Methods Mice were divided into blank control group and experimental group. The mice in experimental group were also divided into3 groups according to the feeding amount, low dose group, 75 mg/(kgBW), middle dose 140 mg/(kgBW) and high dose 450 mg/(kgBW). The feeding was carried out in the manner of gavage once a day and lasted 30-35 days. Nine immune function indexes were measured to judge the effect of combinations on immune system, including viscera/body weight ratio, spleen lymphocyte transformation, late onset of allergy, antibody generation cells and the serum hemolysin, carbon clearance, chicken red blood cells of macrophage cell in abdominal cavity, and NK(natural killer) cells activity, etc. Results For the medium and high dose level, the combination could significantly improve the proliferation and transformation ability of lymphocyte. Every dose level of mixture could promote weight growth and delayed allergic reaction in mice, increase the number and volume of antibodies in mice, and enhance the phagocytosis and carbon clearance ability of mono-peritoneal macrophages in mice, while had no significant effect on NK cell activity. Conclusion The composition of yeast, hawthorn and Poria cocos has the function of increasing immunity in mice, which has certain guiding significance for the development of related health products.
