百里香精油的提取工艺及化学成分分析

摘    要:采用超高压法提取百里香精油,考察压力、料液比、粉碎度和保压时间对百里香精油提取率的影响,用气相色谱-质谱联用技术对精油化学成分进行分析。结果表明超高压萃取百里香精油的最佳条件为:压力410MPa,料液比1∶28,粉碎度50目,保压时间4min,提取温度为室温,得到百里香精油提取量平均值为11.236mg/g。气质联用分析确认了百里香精油中的46种成分,占总峰面积的97.949%,主要成分有百里酚(43.925%)、对-聚伞花素(16.112%)等。

Abstract:The essential oil of thyme is extracted by ultra-high pressure method. The effects of pressure, solid- liquid ratio, grinding degree and holding time on the extraction rate of thyme essential oil are investigated. The chemical constituents of thyme essential oil are analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. The results show that the optimum conditions for ultra- high pressure extraction of essential oil from thyme are as follows: pressure is 410 MPa, solid-liquid ratio is 1∶28, crushing degree is 50 meshes, holding time is 4 min, extraction temperature is at room temperature, and the average extraction amount of thyme essential oil is 11.236 mg/g. GC-MS analysis confirms that there are 46 components in thyme essential oil, accounting for 97.949% of the total peak area. The main components are thymol (43.925%) and p-cymene (16.112%),etc.
