摘    要:随着我国对环保的愈加重视,人们对高品质油品的需求在不断增加。烷烃异构化在提高汽油辛烷值、降低柴油凝点以及改善润滑油性能等方面发挥着重要的作用[1-6]。SAPO-11分子筛由于其独特的一维十元环椭圆型孔道结构(0.63 nm×0.39 nm)和适宜的中强酸性中心[7],对烷烃的异构化反应有着较高的活性和异构化选择性[8-9]。经由进一步改性[10-13]或与其它分子筛复合[14-16],SAPO-11已广泛地应用于长链烷烃异构化的研究。但在长链烷烃异构化的过程中总是伴随着裂化反应,很少有研究者报道SAPO-11对长链烷烃的裂化性能,SAPO-11裂化性能的研究将为柴油和润滑油等异构降凝技术的研发、重质油轻质化的研究以及开发SAPO-11催化剂在炼油与化工领域的应用提供依据。

STUDY OF HYDROCRACKING OF n-OCTADECANE OVER Pt/SAPO-11 CATALYST
Abstract:The Pt/SAPO-11 catalyst was prepared by incipient-wetness impregnation method and characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), BET and NH3-TPD. The effects of Pt loading,reaction temperature,space velocity,reaction pressure and hydrogen-oil ratio on Pt/SAPO-11 were investigated. The result showed that the Pt/SAPO-11 exhibited better catalytic activity with a appropriate increasing of Pt loading,while raising temperature,decreasing space velocity and increasing pressure were favourable for hydrocracking,but higher hydrogen-oil ratio with easier isomerization resulted in a low oil yield. Under the conditions of 0.7% Pt loaded with SAPO-11,temperature of 380 ℃,pressure of 2.5 MPa,LHSV of 1 h-1,hydrogen-oil ratio of 1 000,oil yield had reached 52.2% and the selectivity of mono-branched isomers was 61.6%,along with middle/light distillates ratio of 1.57.
