摘    要:本文阐述了食品标准以及食品标签上标注的产品执行标准选择的重要性, 分析了食品安全国家标准、食品安全地方标准、推荐性国家标准、行业标准、团体标准、企业标准的特点, 就如何选择执行标准给出了意见, 即建议优先选择企业标准, 其次选择食品安全国家标准, 再次推荐性国家标准, 若有合适的团体标准也可优先采用团体标准, 行业标准可作为制定企业标准的参考。举例说明了食品安全国家标准在应用中可能会出现的问题, 并分析原因, 最后提出了相关的意见和建议, 即加强食品安全国家标准与推荐性食品国家标准的联系, 在把握食品安全的基础上提高食品品质指标。

Abstract:The paper expounded the importance of the standards and the executived standards of food which labeled on food labels, and analyzed the characteristics of national food safety standards, local food safety standards, recommended national standards, industry standards, group standards and enterprise standards. It suggested that priority should be given to the selection of enterprise standards, followed by the selection of national standards for food safety and the re-recommendation of national standards. If there was an appropriate group standard, priority should be given to the use of group standards. Industry standards could be used as a reference for the formulation of enterprise standards. This paper illustrated the problems that might occur in the application of national food safety standards, analyzed the reasons, and finally put forward personal suggestions and suggestions, to strengthen the connection between national food safety standards and recommended national food standards, and improve food quality indexes on the basis of grasping food safety.
