摘 要: | 中国石油大港石化分公司5.0 Mt/a电脱盐装置原采用高速电脱盐技术和交直流电脱盐技术,投运之后脱后盐含量、水含量均不合格。采用双进油双电场技术进行改造后,脱后原油盐(NaCl)含量(质量浓度)小于3 mg/L、水质量分数小于0.2%,合格率为100%;脱后排水油含量(质量浓度)小于150 mg/L,合格率95%~100%;在脱钙剂注入量为25~35 μg/g时,脱后原油钙质量分数小于10 μg/g 。

DUAL OIL INLETS & DUAL ELECTRIC FIELDS DESALTER/DEHYDRATOR TECHNOLOGY AND ITS APPLICATION IN DAGANG PETROCHEMICAL COMPANY |

Abstract: | A combined technologies of high speed electrical desalting technology and AC/DC electric desalting technology were originally used in Petrochina Dagang Petrochemical Company electrical desalting device with a capacity of 5 Mt/a. However, the salt and water content was unqualified. After revamping with dual oil inlets & dual electric fields technology, the salt and water content in crude oil treated is less than 3 mg/L and 0.2%, respectively with thequalified rate of 100%. The oil content in discharged sewage is less than 150 mg/L, the qualified rate is 95%-100%. The calcium content in oil treated is reduced to less than 10 μg/g when the dosage of decalcifing agent is 25-35 μg/g. |
