摘    要:目的 了解2015~2018年红河州监测的18种农产品杀菌剂残留污染水平。方法 采集4种类共计161份农产品样品, 依据《国家食品污染物和有害因素风险监测工作手册》规定的标准操作程序, 对18种杀菌剂残留进行检测。结果 样品总检出率为58.4%(94/161), 超标率为3.73%(6/161); 18种杀菌剂中检出率最高为二硫代氨基甲酸酯(以CS2计), 其次为多菌灵; 食用菌中杀菌剂检出率高, 二硫代氨基甲酸酯(以CS2计)存在超标情况。结论 红河州市售农产品中存在一定程度的杀菌剂残留污染, 同一件样品多种杀菌剂同时检出的情况比较普遍, 应引起相关部门重视。

Abstract:Objective To understand the contamination level of 18 fungicide residues in agricultural products monitored in Honghe prefecture in 2015?2018. Methods A total of 161 agricultural product samples were collected from 4 types, and 18 fungicide residues were tested according to the standard operating procedures specified in the National food contaminants and hazardous factors risk monitoring workbook. Results The total detection rate of samples was 58.4% (94/161) and the exceeding standard rate was 3.73% (6/161). The highest detection rate of 18 fungicides was dithiocarbamate (CS2), followed by carbendazim; fungicides in edible fungi were high, and dithiocarbamate (CS2) exceeded the standard. Conclusion The results show that there is a certain degree of contamination of fungicide residues in agricultural products marketed in Honghe prefecture. The simultaneous detection of multiple fungicides in the same sample is quite common, which should be paid more attention by relevant departments.
