复方树莓籽粉对小鼠抗运动性疲劳作用的研究

摘    要:目的 研究复方树莓籽粉灌胃对小鼠抗运动性疲劳作用。方法 取SD小鼠80只, 使用随机数字法分为4组, 分别为: 空白组、低剂量组(37.5 mg/(kg?d))、中剂量组(70 mg/(kg?d))、高剂量组(150 mg/(kg?d))。空白组给予蒸馏水对照, 其他组给予不同浓度的本品所配溶液。各组连续灌胃14 d, 测量小鼠体重后, 进行游泳, 游泳后测量小鼠力竭游泳时间, 尿素氮(blood urea nitrogen, BUN)、乳酸(lactic acid, LD)及肝糖原含量。 结果 与空白组相比, 小鼠游泳力竭时间明显延长(P<0.05), 乳酸含量明显降低(P<0.05), 肝糖原含量明显增加(P<0.05)。结论 复方树莓籽粉具有抗运动性疲劳作用。

Abstract:Objective To study the effect of anti-exercise fatigue of compound raspberry seed powder on mice by gavage. Methods 80 SD mice were randomly divided into four groups: blank group, low dose group (37.5 mg/(kg?d)), medium dose group (70 mg/(kg?d)), and high dose group (150 mg/(kg?d)). The blank group was given distilled water control, and the other groups were given different concentrations of this product. After 14 days of continuous gavage in each group, weight of the mice was measured and swimming was performed. After swimming, exhausted swimming time, BUN (blood urea nitrogen), LD (lactic acid) and hepatic glycogen content of the mice were measured. Results Compared with the blank group, the swimming exhaustion time of mice which were given this product was significantly prolonged (P<0.05), the lactic acid content was significantly decreased (P<0.05), and the liver glycogen content was significantly increased (P<0.05). Conclusion Compound raspberry seed powder has an effect on anti-exercise fatigue.
