模糊多元分析法在隧道爆破参数优化中的应用

摘    要:为了优化爆破参数,提高工程开挖的爆破效果,运用模糊多元分析法对隧道爆破参数进行优化,进而借助LS-DYNA模拟分析优化前后的爆破参数对爆破振动的影响。结果表明:优化后的爆破参数降低了装药量,单位炸药消耗量从1.627 kg/m~3变为1.020 kg/m~3降低了37.3%;模拟分析得知,优化后的爆破参数明显减弱了对围岩和衬砌的振动影响;最后将优化后的爆破参数应用到具体工程实例中,经统计得到炮眼利用率达到92%,眼痕率达到94%以上,最大超欠挖值为50 mm,与模糊多元分析法得到的超欠挖指标的输出值45 mm基本相同,各爆破效果指标均能满足该工程的实际要求。该工程实例能为其他相关类似工程提供可靠的数据和合理的建议。

Abstract:In order to optimize the blasting parameters and to improve the blasting effect,the blasting parameters were optimized by using fuzzy multivariate analysis method,and the influence of blasting parameters on the blasting vibration was analyzed by LS-DYNA simulation.The results show that the optimized blasting parameters reduce the charge amount,and the unit explosive consumption decreases from 1.627 kg/m3 to 1.020 kg/m3,which is decreased by 37.32%.The simulation results show that the optimized blasting parameters obviously reduce the vibration of surrounding rock and lining.Finally,the optimized blasting parameters are applied to the practical engineering.The results show that the utilization rate of the blasthole is 92%,the eye-mark rate is above 94%,the maximum over-under-dug value is 50 mm,and the over-under-digging index obtained by fuzzy multivariate analysis Of the output value of 45 mm is basically the same,but the blasting effect indicators can meet the practical requirements of the project.The project example can provide reliable data and reasonable suggestions for other related similar projects.
