摘    要:为改善尖山磷矿爆破质量、提高生产效率、节约生产成本,结合矿山生产进行多次试验,与原矿山爆破开挖方式对比分析,确定了更适合该矿山生产的宽孔距小抵抗线爆破方式。对大块率的统计和对振动的监测表明:炮孔密集系数m为2时,五次试验的大块率比实验前矿山原方案的大块率分别降低了10.4%、16.7%、15.6%、11.5%和13.5%,且大块的最大外形尺寸比试验前大块的最大外形尺寸总体上要小;新爆破方式下单响药量增加,但实测振动速度与原方案产生的振动速度基本持平,振动主频也与原方式下相近。试验开挖的过程中没有出现大块根底和超挖现象,优化了矿山爆破开挖方案。

Abstract:Several tests were conducted along with mining production in order to improve Jianshan phosphorus mine blasting effect,to increase production efficiency,and to save production cost.An adaptable blasting mode with large spacing and small burden was determined by comparing with the original blasting excavation method.The statistics of boulder yield statistics and vibration monitoring show that,with a blast hole density factor m of 2,the boulder yield rate of the 5 tests dropped by 10.4%,16.7%,15.6%,11.5%,and 13.5% respectively,relative to the pre-experiment value.Additionally,the maximum boulder size became smaller than the pre-experiment boulders;despite higher charge in one delay time with this new blasting mode,the measured vibration velocity was on the same level with the original blasting mode,and the new and old modes were similar in their basic vibration frequency.No bulky remaining rock roots or over-excavation were observed in test blasting,which improved mine blasting excavation plan well.
