| Abstract: | The beer's acidity, which is an un-neglected problem in the beer's quality control, has been troubling many small and middle beer production factories for a long time. This pa- per analyzed the source and basic content of the acid in the beer. Through a series of ex- periments, the author offered a personal opinion on the adjustment and control of the beer's acidity in the end. |
