甜菜下胚轴颜色与根重及糖分的相关研究

摘    要:本文探讨了甜菜下胚轴颜色与根重及糖分的相关关系。结果表明,4个四倍体品系进行红绿下胚轴的分离与纯化稳定,对提高根重及糖分是有效的,因品种不同,红绿下胚轴品系的经济性状表现并不一致,但含糖率方面有绿轴品系高于红轴品系的趋势,红轴品系的株高、叶长、生长势高于绿轴品系,抗根腐病性能在胚轴品系间没有表现出明显差异。

Abstract:The paper studied correlation relatiohship between hypocotyl colours and root weight,sugar.The results showed with segregating and clearing stable red hypocotyl and green hypocotyl of four tetraploid lines is effective to increase root increase root weight and sugar.In different varieties,red and green hypocotyl have different economic properties,but has a higher sugar percentage than red one and red hypocotyl line has the advantage of green one in plan height, leaf length and growth force. The ability of resistance root rot has difference between hypocotyl colours.
