| 摘 要： | 磨料水射流是在水射流清洗技术基础上发展的新型射流技术，主要用于铁路货车C70／C80的整车除锈工作，整个除锈过程全自动控制，实现水和沙的循环使用，对外界环境无污染。文章对货车车体磨料水射流除锈设备原理、组成、技术特点进行了分析，并对如何正确使用、保养、维修其设备提出了建议。

| Abstract: | Abrasive water jet is a new jet technology which developes on the basis of waterjet derusting in recent decades. It is mainly used in railway vehicle truck rust work for C70/C80 , and the whole process is controled automaticly. Water and sand can achieve recycling, not pol luting the environment. This paper not only analyzes principles and characteristics of the waterjet derusting equipment, it also gives some sug gestions about maintenance, repair and usage of this equipment. |
