| 摘 要： | 医院应该承担更多的社会责任,我国医院社会责任的理论研究和实践活动都处于起步阶段。医院社会责任和财务绩效的关系,成为医院社会责任活动最重要的驱动因素。医院社会责任的履行会对短期财务绩效带来负面影响,而正向影响医院的长期财务绩效,这种正向影响主要是通过医院声誉这个中介变量来完成传导的。
