| 摘 要： | 应用串口通信模块,通过串口通信方式,建立了工业洗衣机控制系统与上位监控界面的链接,实现了对工业洗衣机的实时操作和运行状态的动画显示.该系统采用最新的三菱Q系列PLC控制器和新型串口通信模块C24,工作状态稳定,响应速度较快,几乎可以满足工业洗衣机的全部要求；此方案也是应用三菱Q系列PLC进行串口通信的典型实例.
