摘    要:人力资源是企业的智能资产。首先,为了企业的创新和发展以及在竞争中保持优势地位,就要注意研究企业制度、工资制度、分配制度、职业教育等影响企业人力资源开发的相关因素。其次,还要注意解决留住现有人才、吸引社会人力的机制。第三,迅速建立庞大的培训体系,这是提高企业人力资源素质的有效措施,文章介绍了这方面的情况。
