| 摘 要： | 计划管理常常和计划经济联系在一起，这种偏见带来的直接后果是导致管理经常会处在无序状态。为此，文章试图从加强计划管理职能的角度，说明计划管理对合理匹配资源的重要性，并针对一些企业目前计划管理存在的问题，提出了为实现资源和目标的最佳匹配，提高企业组织效率的有效途径。
