赵固一矿特厚冲积层冻结技术方案探讨

摘    要:介绍焦作矿区赵固一矿518~524m冲积层冻结方案设计。通过冻结深度、冻结壁厚度和安全掘进段高计算公式、方法、基本参数、冻结孔布置方式、冻结工艺等优化、冻结壁稳定性nac-3D数值分析、冻结壁形成状况预测等综合分析法,提出的冻结方案和主要参数科学合理,冻结壁强度和稳定性能较全面地满足特厚冲积层冻结凿井的要求。

Abstract:The paper introduced the design of the freezing plan for alluvium from 518 m to 524 m in Zhaogu No.1 Mine of Jiaozuo Mining Area. After the calculation formula, method, basic parameters of the freezing depth, freezing wall thickness and safety excavation section height, the freezing hole arrangement method, freezing technology, optimization, flac- 3D numerical value analysis of freezing wall stability, prediction of freezing wall formation and comprehensive analysis method, the rational freezing plan and the rational main parameters provided in the paper were scientific rational. The freezing wall strength and stability performances can fully meet the requirements of freezing mine shaft sinking in special thick alluvium.
