| 摘 要： | 为满足生产的特殊需要某单位自行设计制作了一台160 t油压机,针对油压机液压系统出现的管道振动和系统不保压问题,在对其液压原理进行分析计算的基础上,找出了设计中应注意的问题,并对方案进行了相应改造,经生产实践证明改造后性能良好.

| Abstract: | For the special purpose of some enterprise a 160t oil press was manufactured. After analysis and computation according to the hydraulic theory problems have been spotted concerning the piping vibration and pressure decline. The project has been accordingly reformed, and its operation improved. |
