周围型胆管细胞癌的CT诊断

目的探讨周围型胆管细胞癌的CT表现及诊断价值。方法回顾性分析13例经病理证实的周围型肝内胆管细胞癌的CT平扫及增强表现。结果13例CT平扫均为低密度病灶;动脉期4例未见强化表现,门脉期和延迟期呈渐进性强化;6例动脉期边缘强化,门脉期和延迟期呈渐进性强化;1例动脉期整个瘤体较明显强化,门脉期和延迟期整个瘤体强化减弱;2例表现为病灶周边轻度强化,门脉期和延迟期呈渐进性强化。结论PCC的CT平扫和增强表现对定性诊断有一定帮助。

CT Diagnosis of Paticperipheral Cholangiocarcinoma

Objective To investigate the CT findings diagnostic value in paticperipheral cholangiocarcinoma.Methods CT findings of 13 cases with paticperipheral cholangiocarcinoma proved surgically were reviewed retrospectively.Results CT findings of 13 cases showed low density.Artery phase without enhancement but portal vein phase to blance phase whole lesion progressive enhancement was been in 4 patients;Artery phase irregularly gyrose light to moderate enhancement at adge of the lesions and portal vein,balance phase light to moderate concentric enhancement was been in 6 patients;Artery phase obviously enhanced but portal vein phase to delay phase enhanced develepment progressive reducing was been in 1 patients;Every phase light to moderate concentric enhancement was been in 2 patients.Conclusion CT findings have more value in differential diagnosis of PCC.
