摘    要:以聚丙烯酸和碳酸盐(Li:Ni:Mn=1.05:0.5:1.5)为主要原料,用溶胶-凝胶法合成了LiNi0.5Mn1.5O4.用X射线衍射、DSC-TGA、SEM和恒电流充放电技术研究了工艺条件对材料结构、微观形貌和电化学性能的影响.碳酸盐溶胶-凝胶法可以制备单相尖晶石结构LiNi0.5Mn1.5O4,其放电比容量高达134 mAh/g,经45次循环后仍然可保持初始放电容量的98%.

Abstract:In this article, LiNi_ 0.5 Mn_ 1.5 O_4 is synthesized by sol-gel with PAA and carbonate. X-ray diffraction(XRD), DSC-TGA, scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and electrochemical measurement are used to study the effect of synthetic condition on the structure, micro-morphology of LiNi_ 0.5 Mn_ 1.5 O_4. Single spinel LiNi_ 0.5 Mn_ 1.5 O_4 is prepared by carbonate sol-gel. The 1st discharge capacity of LiNi_ 0.5 Mn_ 1.5 O_4 obtained at optimum condition is 134mAh/g, and its capacity retention is 98% after 45th cycle numbers.
