摘    要:研究了以内蒙古露天煤矿区土壤为供试土壤,以苜蓿为宿主植物的8种丛枝菌根(AM)真菌对苜蓿生长及养分吸收影响的盆栽试验,通过对比分析,筛选出对苜蓿吸收养分促进作用最为显著的菌种.并对接种不同AM真菌的植株的菌根侵染率、菌根依赖性等相关指标和植株各部分养分含量的测定,发现接种G.intraradices和接种G.mosseae 3个菌株的处理菌根侵染率显著高于其他处理;接种G.mosseae(BGC XJ01)后苜蓿的地上部氮、磷、钾含量和地下部的氮吸收量明显高于其它处理和空白对照.结果表明:8种供试AM真菌中G.mosseae(BGC XJ01)能够显著促进苜蓿的养分吸收.

Abstract:The effect of eight kinds of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungus on alfalfa's growth and nutrition absorption was studied by the pot experiment with the original reclaimed soil from the surface mine in Inner Mongolia. The purpose of this experiment is to screen out the most re-markable mycorrhizal fungi which can greatly improve nutrient absorption of alfalfa. Through the determination of AMF infection percentage, mycorrhizal dependence, growth indexes and nutrient contents of alfalfa plants under the effects of different abuscular mycorrhizal fungus, the AMF infection of treatments inoculated with G. intraradices and G. mosseae significantly higher than other treatments. The inoculation of G. mosseae(BGC XJ01) obviously promoted nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium absorption in above-ground alfalfa, and the nitrogen ab sorption in under-ground parts. The results show that G. mosseae(BGC XJ01) can remarkably accelerate the nutrient absorption.
