摘    要:电子束冷床炉熔炼是一种新兴的金属精炼方法。利用电子束冷床炉的高温真空精炼特性,以钒成分为82%钒铝合金为原料,制备了纯度在99.7%以上的金属钒铸锭。详细论述了电子束冷床炉在熔炼钒铝合金时各杂质元素的去除机理行为,认为熔炼时较大的电子束照射功率对一次铸锭中铝的挥发去除有较好效果,但这种熔炼工艺却会影响到铸锭的最终氧含量。分析认为,两次小功率熔炼是符合设备特点的制备高纯金属钒铸锭的最佳熔炼工艺。

Abstract:Electron beam cold-hearth melting is a new process for remehing metals. Vanadium ingots with a purity of above 99.7% were prepared from vanadium aluminium alloy containing 82% of vanadium through the use of the electron beam cold-hearth furnace, which can perform high temperature vacuum refining. The removal mechanism of impurity elements in the electron beam cold-hearth furnace during the melting process was studied. It was found out that higher melting power is favorable for removing the aluminium element in the first melting process, but adverse for the deoxidation of the end product. The present study showed that the best process for producing high purity vanadium ingots is double remehing with lower power.
