冷连轧机高强钢板形控制技术研究与改进

摘    要:针对某冷连轧机在高强钢生产中出现的板形问题,以提高机组对高强钢产品的板形控制能力为目标,对中间辊和支持辊辊形进行了优化设计,并对第五机架精细冷却乳化液使用工艺进行了优化研究。新的高强钢板形控制工艺技术在生产中使用稳定,从根本上提高了轧机板形控制能力,0~3 IU的板形控制精度所占比例由83.71%提高到90.86%,轧辊磨损得到明显改善,应用效果显著。

Abstract:According to the flatness problems occurring during the production of high-strength steel in the tandem cold rolling mill, the roll profiles of the intermediate rolls and back-up rolls were optimized, and the technology of spray cooling on the target of improving the flatness control ability flatness control technology for high-strength steel the fifth stand was researched and improved, with of the rolling mill for high-strength steel. A new was used steadily in actual production, and the flatness control ability of the rolling mill was improved greatly. The percentage of flatness control accuracy of 0 - 3 IU increased from 83.71% to 90.86%, and the roll wear was reduced obviously. Therefore, significant effects have been obtained by the new flatness control technology.
