宝钢焦炉加热控制系统中配煤水分的采集及应用

摘    要:介绍宝钢配煤水分数据从分析计算机系统终端传输到焦炉基础自动化层的方式、在计算机网络系统中传输流程以及计算机管理系统架构和焦炉加热控制系统。论述了配煤水分如何参与基础自动化控制、参与焦炉加热控制系统,针对配煤水分在加热控制系统的核心———加热模型中的应用,具体分析了配煤水分在早期的前馈模型中的应用以及在目前广泛使用的前反馈模型中的应用。

Abstract:The transmission mode and process of data of mixed coal computer terminal to the fundamental automation system of the coke moisture from the analysis oven process via Baosteel network, the structure of the computer management system of Baosteel, and the coke oven heating control system of Baosteel are introduced. This paper also describes how the data of mixed coal moisture take part in the fundamental automation control and the coke oven heating control system. Since the core of the heating control system is the heating model, this paper analyzes in detail the application of mixed coal moisture in the early feedforward heating model as well as in the widely used feedforward-feedback heating model currently.
