| 摘 要： | 以2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)、四溴双酚A(TBA)、聚乙二醇-400(PEG-400)、三羟甲基丙烷(TMP)为原料通过逐步聚合反应合成了低分子量的TBA型聚氨酯预聚物并对其进行了红外、TG及DSC表征。羟基丙烯酸树脂并配以聚磷酸铵、三聚氰胺、季戊四醇等助剂为B组分,A、B组分按一定比例混合后得到了常温固化的双组分聚氨酯钢结构防火涂料。研究结果表明,当n(PEG-400):n(TBA):n(TMP)=0.25:0.5:0.25,n(NCO):n(OH)=1.8:1,反应时间1.5h,采用羟值为50.2mgKOH/g的羟基丙烯酸树脂为固化剂时,得到的漆膜性能最佳。当涂层厚度为2.0mm时,涂层耐火极限可以达到150min,比无溴聚氨酯防火涂料的耐火极限提高了30min。
