| 摘 要： | 水电开发为社会的经济发展做出重要贡献的同时,也给流域生态环境带来了不利的影响.建立科学合理的水电开发生态补偿机制,对实现可持续发展具有重要的意义.在研究补偿主体、补偿对象、补偿标准和补偿方式基础上.提出了建立水电开发生态补偿机制的框架和思路.

| Abstract: | The water power development has the contribution to the social and economical development,at the same time,it has the unfavorable influence to ecological environment.The establishment of ecological compensation mechanism in water power development has an important meaning to the sustaining development.The paper puts forward the framework and the thinking of ecological compensation mechanism based on the study of compensation main body,compensation object,compensation standard and compensation way. |
