| 摘 要： | 分析了砖混结构产生裂缝的主观原因和客观原因,介绍了温度裂缝的特点,并从设置屋面保温隔热层、提高顶层及女儿墙砌筑砂浆强度、屋面板设置伸缩缝等方面论述了控制温度裂缝的措施,以保证砖混结构房屋的正常安全使用。

| Abstract: | It analyzes the objective and subjective reasons which causes brick concrete structural wall cracks, introduces the features of temperature cracks, discusses measures in controlling temperature cracks from setting house temperature-keeping heat-insulation layer, raising roof and mortar intensity and house board setting shrinking cracks, in order to ensure the normal and safe use of brick concrete structural house. |
