摘    要:采用机械混合法和浸渍法制备了一系列MoP/γ-Al2O3催化剂,并考察了制备条件对催化剂性能的影响。对所制备的催化剂进行了XRD表征。采用高压连续微反对含噻吩、吡啶和环己烯的模型化合物进行了加氢活性评价,反应温度为340℃和370℃,反应压力为3.0 MPa,发现浸渍法和机械混合法均可制得性能良好的催化剂。催化剂的活性与载体γ-Al2O3加入到制备体系中的时间有关,载体加入反应体系的时间越早,催化剂的活性越高。催化剂活性最高时的脱氮率、脱硫率和降烯烃率可分别达到91.5%,77.3%和84.1%。

Abstract:A series of MoP/γ-Al2O3 hydrofining catalysts were prepared by impregnation and mechanical mixing methods. Different preparing conditions were examined. Prepared catalysts were characterized by means of X-ray diffraction. The catalytic hydrofining tests were carried out at 340,370 ℃ , and 3.0 MPa. A model liquid containing thiophene, pyridine and cyclohexene was used as feedstock. Both preparation methods could obtain catalysts with promising catalytic activities. The catalytic activities were strongly related to the time that support γ-Al2O3 mixed into the prepared system. The earlier the better. Conversions of pyridine, thiophene and cyclohexene could reach 91.5%,77.3% and 84.1%, respectively.
