摘    要:围绕“新工科”建设的人才培养目标,结合当前社会对工程技术人才的需求,对现有教学体系进行改革,基于自动控制原理中的复合控制理念,构建一套从教学前调研到教学后反馈的科学化教学体系。通过前馈学情分析设计教学内容和环节,并根据多层次反馈评价调整教学方法和手段,实现知识模块迭代优化、教学课程持续改进以及学生能力综合提升的效果。

Abstract:Focusing on the talent training goal of "new engineering" construction and combining with the current social demand for engineering and technical personnel, the existing teaching system is reformed and a scientific teaching system is built up. The pre-teaching survey and post-teaching feedback are conducted out in this teaching system. The teaching contents and steps are designed through feedforward learning situation analysis, and the teaching methods and means are adjusted according to multi-level feedback evaluation, so as to achieve the effect of iterative optimization of knowledge modules, continuous improvement of teaching courses and comprehensive improvement of students'' abilities.
