| 摘 要： | A model describing the propagation of optical waves in a hologram volume grating is studied. Then the effects of the change in the average permittivity and conductivity of a grating on diffraction efficiency are discussed. Finally a comparision of the results of this model with those by Solymar is made. The authors come to a conclusion that the effects of the change can be compensated.
