短波通信在电力应急通信中的应用

摘    要:电力应急通信是电力系统处理各种突发事件、保障电网安全生产的重要支撑,在关键时刻发挥着重要作用。电力应急通信方式的选择,要适应电力系统的特点,满足电力应急业务的需求。短波通信作为一种传统的无线电通信技术,有其独特的优势,适合于各种场合的应急通信之用。文章从实际应用出发,简单介绍了短波通信技术的一般原理及其性能特点,提出了短波通信在电力系统应急通信中的几种方案,为电力应急通信系统的建设提供了参考。

Abstract:Power emergency communication system is the support for power grid security.The communication means must meet the requirement and adapts to the characteristics of power system.As one of the traditional wireless communication,short-wave communication technology can be applied to various emergency communication situations.This article briefly introduced the general principle of short-wave communication and its characteristics,discusses several applications in power emergency communication.It has reference value for the construction of power emergency communication system.
