| 摘 要： | 本文从非接触在线检测的角度出发,对CA6140型车床的机床——工件系统在铅垂方向上的振动特性,从理论上进行了详细分析,建立了简化数学模型。并通过在该机床上进行振动模态分析实验,计算机处理,获得了大量可靠的振动参数。再进一步探讨振动与在线检测精度的关系等应用问题,提供了理论方法和实验资料

| Abstract: | This paper starts from the uncontact-online-detect,analyses in detail the vibration characteristics in the perpendicular direction of CA6140 lathe machine tool and worpiece system theoretically, gives a brief mathematical model and obtains a vast amount of vibration parameters by means of vibration mode analysis experiments on the lathe and computer processing, which provides theoretical method and experiment deta for the inguireing into the problem about the relation between the vibration and the accuracy of the online-detect, etc. |
