| 摘 要： | 根据卫星通信在乌江流域梯级水电站远程集中监控中的应用，提出了适用于电力监控通信的卫星通信系统的设计要求，对卫星通信系统技术体制的选择和带宽资源配置进行了分析，简要描述了卫星通道与光纤通道冗余切换的实现方式，并介绍了卫星通信在乌江流域梯级水电站远程集中监控中的应用情况。
