ZnSnO_3纳米粉体的制备及气敏特性

摘    要:以Sn粒和Zn粒为原料,在柠檬酸体系中,用溶胶—凝胶法合成了纳米ZnSnO3粉体。用XRD,TEM对产物的组成、粒径大小、形貌进行了表征。结果表明:产物为平均粒径10 nm左右的圆球形颗粒。采用静态配气法测试了不同烧结温度下材料对还原性气体的气敏性能,发现元件对乙醇、丙酮和H2S气体均有良好的检测性能。特别是煅烧温度在600℃的纳米ZnSnO3材料在最佳工作温度为360℃时对体积分数为50×10-6的丙酮的电阻比值达69,响应—恢复特性良好,响应时间和恢复时间分别为10 s和5 s。

Abstract:ZnSnO3 powders is synthesized by sol-gel method in the system of citric acid with Sn and Zn as the starting materials.The structure and crystal state of the powder are determined on an X-ray diffractometer(XRD).The shape and size are analyzed with the help of transmission electron microscopy(TEM).The results show the mean grain size of the powder is about 10 nm.The study of sensor's gas-sensing characteristic reveals that the gas sensors based on ZnSnO3 powders have good gas-sensing properties to ethano1,acetone and H2S.The gas-sensing properties of the ZnSnO3 powders calcined at 600 ℃ to acetone of volume fraction 50×10-6is especially good,the ratio of resistance is 69 at 360 ℃.The response and recovery times are 10s and 5 s.
