纯铜多元共渗及热处理工艺研究

摘    要:利用粉末包埋法对纯铜进行铝、锰和铁多元共渗,研究结果表明:纯铜经多元共渗后,氧化速率常数Kp比纯铜小一个数量级,相对耐磨性比纯铜提高了4.8倍,在硫酸、盐酸及氯化钠溶液中的腐蚀深度均比纯铜减少了50%以上。渗后试样经热处理后,高温抗氧化性、耐磨性及耐蚀性得到了进一步提高

Abstract:Al - Mn - Fe multi - element penetration has been carded on copper. The experiment results show that after multi - element penetration, the oxidation rate of copper is almost reduced 10 times, relative abrasive resistance is 4.8 times that of copper, the corrosion depth is reduced more 50%. The high temperature oxidation resistance, wear resistance and corrosion resistance of multi - element penetration have got improved further after heat treatment. The properties of solution cryogenic directly and ageing sample is better than others.
