摘    要:针对固体火箭冲压发动机(以下简称固冲发动机)地面试验,在对原试验设备进行改进设计和建设的基础上,基于虚拟仪器技术搭建了参数测控硬件平台,同时利用LabVIEW7.0开发了一套包含参数控制、参数标定、数据测量和数据处理在内的发动机地面试验测控系统;应用该试验系统实现了固冲发动机地面试验的模拟进气参数控制与测量和固冲发动机试验过程参数控制与测量,实现了快速试验数据处理;完成的大量固冲发动机地面试验表明系统具有扩充性好、使用方便和稳定性高等特点。

Abstract:To the ground test of Solid Rocket Ramjet Motor (SRRM), the old experiment facilities was improved on, the virtual instrument measurement and control hardware test platform was set up and the software (including parameter calibration、the parameter control、data acquisition and data processing) were developed, using LabVIEW7. 0. By the test system, the parameter control and data acquisition of the gas inlet simulation and the Solid Rocket Ramjet ground test was actualized, and the date processing was also actualized timely and effectively. Different kinds of experiment was made and the applications showed that the test system has characteristics of the wide extension、the convenient usage and the high stability.
