合金元素Ga、X对镁基负极材料电性能的影响

摘    要:采用熔炼法制备了Ga、X镁合金,对合金样品进行了电性能测试,并采用扫描电镜(SEM)和能谱(EDS)对X影响机理进行了分析。实验结果表明:合金元素Ga的加入可以提高镁合金析氢过电位,减小镁合金自腐蚀;合金元素X的加入可以减小镁合金的阳极极化,但同时会加快其自腐蚀;Mg-Ga-X三元合金具有阳极极化小,析氢量低,腐蚀产物易脱落,成泥少的特点,可开发为高性能的镁负极材料。

Abstract:Mg, Ga, X metal alloy anode materials were prepared by smelting method, and electric tests were carried out. Microstructure and performance of Mg-Ga-X alloy anode were investigated by SEM and EDX. The results indicate that: in the seawater, alloying element Ga can improve potential and minish self-corrosion of magnesium alloy anode; alloying element X can minish polarization of magnesium alloy anode, but increase self-corrosion. For Mg-Ga-X alloy anode, polarization is low, hydrogen evolution is small, and corrosive offspring is easy to shed. The magnesium alloy anode can be used as anode material for high-powered battery.
