混合煤气成分变化对加热炉内温度场影响的数值模拟研究

摘    要:以燃用高炉、焦炉混合煤气的实验加热炉为研究对象,建立炉内二维稳态传热、流动及燃烧的数学模型,研究混合煤气成分变化对加热炉内温度场的影响,计算结果显示高炉煤气含量在一定范围内增加时,炉内温度水平和钢坯加热区温度均匀性逐渐降低.这些与华凌涟钢集团轧钢加热炉的实际情况基本一致.

Abstract:The experimental reheating furnace fueled by mixed gas is studied in the paper. Its 2d-steady mathematical model of heat transfer, flow and combustion is established to study on the effect of variable mixed gas compositions on the furnace temperature field. The results of numerical calculation show the temperature level lower in the reheating furnace and the temperature uniformity poorer in the region of slab reheated when the content of BFG increasing in certain heat value range,which basically fits the actually situation of steel rolling reheating furnace in Lian Yuan Steel Limited Company of Hua Ling group.
