摘    要:为了解决传统工作流建模技术对企业间业务过程的复杂性和动态性尤其是过程协作支持的不足,从面向不同主体间协作和系统高柔性要求的角度出发,提出了基于业务代理的柔性工作流系统建模方法,给出了工作流系统元模型,建立了一个多层次、支持不同授权管理的工作流系统框架,提出了流程管理者和流程执行者相结合的分层次分阶段流程管理和控制方法。给出了系统实现策略,包括实现原则和系统框架。以鄂尔多斯羊绒集团公司生产过程为对象,进行了实例建模分析。结果表明,该方法能够解决过程柔性建模和组织结构建模的问题以及其过程协作要求。

Abstract:To make up deficiencies existing in traditional workflow modeling which were difficult to support complexity and dynamics of cross enterprise business process, especially the inter-process collaboration, a Workflow Management System (WfMS) modeling method based-on Business Agent was put forward. A Meta-model was put forward and a WfMS framework of multi-layers and supporting different authorizations was built. In this modeling method, Business Agent represented different decision units. The method realized the business process management and controlling by stages and layers, which combined administrators with executors. CoInformationList serve as the information translation channel and ProcessView supply process state information. The strategy of implementation was discussed. Finally, taking ERDOS Group Co. as research object, instance-modeling analysis was carried out. The result shows that the proposed method is effective for flexible business process modeling and organization modeling.
