摘    要:中原油田是一个多油层复杂断块油田,随着油田勘探开发时间的推移,特殊井、深井不断增多,井身结构日趋复杂,给固井质量测井及评价带来了许多难题,中原测井公司应用八扇区声波水泥胶结测井技术(SBT)来解决这些难题。文中叙述了SBT测井原理和方法,测井仪器施工的特点是:沿着套管整个圆周纵向、横向测量水泥胶结质量。测井资料以灰度图的形式.形象直观地显示套管和水泥环的胶结情况。介绍了第一界面、第二界面水泥胶结测井资料的评价方法,处理软件的研究思路、功能,实际应用效果。该技术在固井质量测井方面是先进的,适合油田进一步勘探开发的需求,具有广阔的推广应用前景.

Abstract:Zhongyuan Oilfield is a eomplicated faulted-block oilfield with multiple zones. Along with the passage of oilfield exploration and development time, special well and deep well are continuously increased and wellbore configuration is becoming more and more complicated, which brings some problems to cementing logging and evaluation. This paper attempts to resolve these problems through the use of eight-sector acoustic cement bond log technology. The paper describes the principle and method of SBT. The SBT shows the characteristics of vertical and lateral measurement of cement bond quality around casing, It describes the cementation situation of casing and cement sheath based on the well logging data in the form of grey scale image. The paper introduces the evaluation method of cement bond log information for first interface and second interface, research thinking and function of processing software and the practical application effect of this technology. The technology is advanced in cementing logging. It is fit for the need of oilfield exploration and development and has a wide application prospects.
