高等学校专业人才培养预测的科学性与可行性问题

根据国内外的经验，从国家层面和省的层面对高等学校专业人才培养进行科学的预测，并指望达到供高校设置专业的准确参考的程度，是不可能的。专业人才预测具有明显的不确定性特点，这个特点决定了进行这种预测的作用的有限性。在市场经济条件下，我们工作的着力点是应该从宏观的计划制订的思路转变到如何使我们的高等学校在专业设置上主动适应社会需要的轨道上来。
