| Abstract: | Around the current hot and difficult issues on the reform of personnel system in universities, this meeting deeply discussed the positionsetting management and the reform of salary system in universities from an international and historical perspective. This meeting also exchanged the views and ideas on the adjustment of internal power structure of university, the reform of leading system and the construction of modern university system. |
