| 摘 要： | 学徒教育历史悠久，分布广泛，并随社会发展而变迁。在学校教育不传授同生产与经营活动有关的知识、技术时，学徒教育以其独特的价值展现其不可替代性。严格的学徒规制和具体的培养措施在一定程度上保证了学徒教育的质量，为底层民众实现职业转换打下了必要的基础，并为学徒的进一步发展创造了条件;学徒期间形成的优秀品质，成为学徒出师后获得成功的内在精神动力。近代中国，大批社会底层民众通过学徒教育，实现了职业的转换和社会地位的变迁，并积累了丰富的历史经验和思想资源。

| Abstract: | Apprentice education has a long history and exists widespread. It changes with the development of society. Strict rules and concrete training measures ensures the quality and quantity of apprentice. Apprentice education offers an essential base for common people to change their careers and provides conditions for apprentices to develop themselves. The spiritual value the apprentice gets in learning period is a development force to pursue success. In modem China, most common people change thire careers or positions through apprentice education. |
