摘    要:教育机会均等是教育起点公平的重要内容,但起点公平不等于教育过程、结果的公平。高等学校在教育教学过程中如果不能充分考虑少数民族学生的特殊文化背景差异,往往会导致少数民族学生在平等享有教育教学资源、学业成绩获得公正评价等方面处于弱势地位。本文从多元文化教育的视角,通过对北京地区高校教育管理、课程教学等方面的检视,分析上述诸因素对少数民族学生学业成绩、自我认同、价值观念形成的影响,揭示高校教育环境中不利于少数民族学生教育公平的因素,并就如何在高校实施多元文化教育,消除高等教育中的文化偏见以促进高等教育公平提出建议。

Abstract:The equality of educational opportunity is an important part of educational equality. However, the equality at the beginning of one's education is different from the equality in the educational process and the learning outcomes, which is the other important part of the educational equality. In higher educational institutions, if the special culture background of minority students is ignored, minority students would be in a weak position in sharing educational resources. This paper, at the multi- cultural angle, looks into the educational management of higher education institutions in Beijing, analyses the detrimental factors to minority students' education, and offers suggestions on the implementation of multi - cultural education and the deletion of cultural bias in higher education.
