计入轴瓦弹性变形的滑动轴承润滑分析的快速近似算法

摘    要:建立变形矩阵人工处理数据量大和润滑分析计算耗时较长是研究计入轴瓦弹性变形的滑动轴承润滑分析2个主要问题。采用APDL语言编写专门的计算程序来自动求取变形矩阵,并根据变形矩阵的特点,提出了一种在轴承承载区油膜压力对应节点位置处动态截取子矩阵的快速近似新算法。计算结果表明在内燃机一个工作循环内,快速算法得到的最大油膜压力、最小油膜厚度和轴承反力的计算误差在3.2%以内,润滑分析计算时间下降了2个数量级。

Abstract:Large datas have to be dealt with by hand to build the flexible matrix and a great deal of time is exhausted in lubrication analysis for a bearing as the elastic deformation of bush is considered.To solve the problems,the flexible matrix was first gained by a special program self-developed in APDL (ANSYS Parameter Design Language).A novel fast approximative algorithm, where the flexible sub-matrixes were selected according to the node position of oil film pressure on bush loading surface,was then presented based on the characteristic of the flexible matrix of bush.The result shows that the relative error for maximum pressure, minimum thickness of oil film and anti-resultant force of bearing are below 3.2% in the working cycle for an internal combustion engine.The exhausting time of lubrication calculation reduces about 100 times.
