| 摘 要： | 针对鞍钢1780线水处理砂石过滤器反冲洗时存在的跑料问题,对过滤器反冲洗控制系统和设备进行了改进,并首次采用过滤器液位控制与压力、流量控制相结合的控制方式,完善反冲洗控制程序,解决了跑料问题,确保了1780生产线水质稳定,对提高带钢的表面质量起到积极作用。

| Abstract: | The control system and equipment for backwashing by gravel filter are upgraded with regard to the problem of loss of water due to the leakage during backwashing by gravel filter for water treatment in 1780 mm production line. For the upgrading the liquid level control is applied onto the filter together with the pressure control and flow control mode for the first time, and as a result the control program for backwashing by the filter is improved. And also the problem of loss of water is solved and the quality of the water used by 1780 mm production line is guaranteed, which plays an effective role in improving the surface quality of strip steels. |
