80%烯啶·吡蚜酮水分散粒剂高效液相色谱分析

采用高效液相色谱法,以甲醇+水为流动相,使用Hy Persil GOLD C_(18)色谱柱和紫外检测器,在检测波长270 nm下,对80%烯啶·吡蚜酮水分散粒剂有效成分进行定量分析。结果表明:烯啶虫胺和吡蚜酮的线性相关系数分别为0.999 3和0.999 5,标准偏差分别为0.08和0.11,变异系数分别为0.40%和0.18%,平均回收率分别为99.81%和100.02%。

Determination of Nitenpyram+Pymetrozine 80% WG by HPLC

The quantitative analysis method of nitenpyram + pymetrozine 80% WG by HPLC was established, using methanol and water as mobile phase, on HyPersil GOLD C18 chromatographic column, at 270 nm wavelength. The results showed that the linear correlation coefficients of nitenpyram and pymetrozine were 0.9993 and 0.9995, the standard deviations were 0.08 and 0.11, the variation coefficients were 0.40% and 0.18%, and the average recoveries were 99.81% and 100.02%, respectively.
