真空断路器用弹簧操动机构的优化设计

真空断路器用操动机构的传动运动特性及其操作的输出功，对提高真空断路器的操作性能及使用寿命都具有直接的影响。通过对弹簧操动机构的凸轮－连杆机构的运动分析，建立了真空断路器用操动机构的优化数学模型，并利用 ＭＡＴＬＡＢ语言的优化工具箱方便地实现了优化过程。优化结果表明，它既改善了整个操动机构的传动性能，也减少了操动机构的输出功。

The Optimum Design for the Spring Operating Device of Vacuum Circuit Breaker

The transmitting characteristic and the output power of the operating device of vacuum circuit breaker have directly effect on its operating property and life. With the movement analysis of the cam-joint pole device of the spring operating device, the mathematical model for its optimization design is established. By the optimization toolbox of MATLAB, the optimization process is conveniently completed. The results of optimization design indicate that the transmitting characteristic is improved and the output power of the operating device is decreased.
