| Abstract: | In the situation of chinu's WTO entry, organization construction of workers with "having an ideal, having the morals, having the culture and having the discipline" has become internal the demand to improve corporations's competition force. Corporation culture building has extremly closer link with cultivating workers with "having an ideal, having the morals, having the culture and having the discipline", exploring corporation culture and strengthening the organization building of workers with "having an ideal, having the morals, having the culture and having the discipline" and this should become one of basic contents of corporation developments's strategy. |
