无碱矿物激发剂在粉煤灰矿渣混凝土中的应用研究

摘    要:本文在制备C30商品混凝土中加入无碱矿物激发剂并研究其对混凝土性能的彩响。在此基础上开发研制高掺量粉煤灰矿渣混凝土。研究表明无碱矿物激发剂能很好地激发粉煤灰矿渣的早期水化活性。促使钙矾石的生成,从而使粉煤灰矿渣混凝土的早期强度得到很大提高。此外,研究还证明无碱矿物激发剂具有水化膨胀性,它在一定程度上能改善混凝土的收缩。同时,混凝土的孔结构也能得到优化。

Abstract:Manufacturing high volume fly-ash slag concrete on the basis of C30 ready-mixed concrete incorporated with a non-alkali mineral activator is studied. It shows that the hydration activity of fly ash and slag in early stage can be significantly increased by the non alkali mineral activator, promoting the formation of ettringite, enhancing the strength of concrete largely during 7d and 28d. Furthermore, the shrinkage of concrete is improved by the proven hydro-expansive property of mineral activator. At the same time, the pore structure of concrete is improved as well.
